Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Nova West Health provides primary and specialty care in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
