Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Linden Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for branch operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to branch operations. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
