Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 110 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
