Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Highbridge Ashton Legal Group is a Albuquerque practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
