Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Partners looks after properties across the Albuquerque region, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
