Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Loom Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
