Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Quill Hospitality is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food costs. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food costs. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
