Recruiter - hospitality talent (Seattle, WA)

Silverline Linden Hospitality runs hotels and event venues across the Pacific Northwest and employs about 900 people. We are hiring a full-time recruiter who can work from home or from our Seattle office. What you will do • Fill openings for front desk, housekeeping, kitchen and event staff across eight properties. • Run open hiring days and coordinate with local job centres. • Work with managers to improve retention by understanding why people leave. What we are looking for • Two or more years recruiting, preferably for hospitality or high-volume hourly hiring. • Friendly and quick to respond to candidates. Full-time, remote-friendly.
