Recruiter - home care and support workers (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Stone Care Services provides in-home support for older adults and people with disabilities across southern Arizona, with about 120 employees. We are looking for a contract recruiter to help fill caregiver openings. What you will do • Post roles, screen candidates and schedule interviews for caregivers and support workers. • Check references and coordinate background checks and training. • Follow up with new hires in their first month. What we are looking for • Two or more years recruiting, preferably in home care or healthcare staffing. • Kind, direct and organised. Contract for six months, remote, with an occasional visit to our Tucson office.
