Recruiter - campus hiring (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Meridian Inspection Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
