Recruiter - campus hiring (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Beacon Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
