Recruiter - campus hiring (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Pine Community Partners Group is a Wichita charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
