Recruiter - campus hiring (Wichita, KS)

Northwind Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Wichita, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to tuition and subsidies. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
