Recruiter - campus hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bright Cross Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
