Recruiter - campus hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Ironwood Corner Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
