Recruiter - campus hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
