Recruiter - campus hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Timber Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Virginia Beach, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 813 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
