Recruiter - campus hiring (Virginia Beach, VA)

Stonegate Union Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Virginia Beach, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
