Recruiter - campus hiring (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Redstone Summit Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
