Recruiter - campus hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Meridian Health runs clinics and patient services around Tulsa, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
