Recruiter - campus hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Lumen North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Tulsa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
