Recruiter - campus hiring (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Basin Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tulsa, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
