Recruiter - campus hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Ironwood Timber Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
