Recruiter - campus hiring (Tucson, AZ)

Cedar Orchard Care Services supports families and individuals in Tucson with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
