Recruiter - campus hiring (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Redstone Loom Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
