Recruiter - campus hiring (Toledo, OH)

Summit Linden Care Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
