Recruiter - campus hiring (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Lakeside Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
