Recruiter - campus hiring (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Junction Community Partners is a Tampa charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
