Recruiter - campus hiring (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Pike Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Tampa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
