Recruiter - campus hiring (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Ridge Learning Group is an education provider in Tampa serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
