Recruiter - campus hiring (Tampa, FL)

Redstone Cross Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
