Recruiter - campus hiring (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Vale Staffing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
