Recruiter - campus hiring (Tampa, FL)

Summit Forge Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Tampa with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 123 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
