Recruiter - campus hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Lumen Junction Staffing is a St. Louis staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to retention. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on retention. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
