Recruiter - campus hiring (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Fern Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
