Recruiter - campus hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Junction Financial is a financial-services company in St. Louis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
