Recruiter - campus hiring (St. Louis, MO)

Northwind Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in St. Louis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 739 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
