Recruiter - campus hiring (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Beacon Community Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 265 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
