Recruiter - campus hiring (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Corner Property Management and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
