Recruiter - campus hiring (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Spokane, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
