Recruiter - campus hiring (Spokane, WA)

Highbridge Summit Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Spokane area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
