Recruiter - campus hiring (Spokane, WA)

Nova Freight is a Spokane logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to dock schedules. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on dock schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
