Recruiter - campus hiring (Savannah, GA)

Redstone Ember Community Partners Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on volunteer shifts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
