Recruiter - campus hiring (Savannah, GA)

Rivermark Wren Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Savannah. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to certifications. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on certifications. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
