Recruiter - campus hiring (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
