Recruiter - campus hiring (Savannah, GA)

Harborlight Ivory Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
