Recruiter - campus hiring (Savannah, GA)

Nova West Health is a healthcare provider in Savannah with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
