Recruiter - campus hiring (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Savannah, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
