Recruiter - campus hiring (Savannah, GA)

Foxglove Union Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Savannah. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to safety inspections. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
