Recruiter - campus hiring (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Meridian Banking Services is a regional lender in Savannah with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
